We are not a shop.
Much of what you see are our personal hobbies. That being said, many of our pieces can be bought and we do enjoy making custom pieces for others.
If you are interested in any of our items or requesting a custom piece, don’t be afraid to contact us. Below are our policies concerning selling.
Custom pieces: Please note that prices are dictated mainly by supplies and complexity. There is no upcharge for it simply being custom.
How to Buy
Contact us directly, discuss your custom order, and pay through Paypal
Know us in real life? Talk to us and we can work something out.
It is not cost effective for us to have all of our wares listed. If this is your preferred method, contact us with your order. We will post the item on Etsy as a custom order and send you the link for the posting.
S&S ships Priority USPS
Multiple items bought within the same 24 hours can be combined into one package.
Items ship 24-48 hours within confirmation of your payment and completion of the item made.
Expedited shipping costs extra at responsibility of the buyer. If you need an item expedited, please contact us.
Items typically take 7-14 days to arrive within the country (US).
*Please note that these may cost extra at the expense of the buyer.
Lost or Damaged Items
We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. If it is at the fault of S&S, I will gladly send you a new item upon the return of damaged product.
Options, such as a tracking numbers, insurance, etc. can be added. *
If you receive your item and it is not to your liking (such as it does not fit, is not the right item, or what have you) please contact us!
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We can discuss options, whether that be an exchange or a refund.
Certain items must be unused for an exchange/refund.
Refunds will only be given if it is at the fault of Switches & Stitches. or if the item is returned and an exchange is not requested.
